Shipping update 8/30/2024 - UPS picks up Monday-Fri between 11:30am- 1:30pm. We have no control over this, so please when choosing UPS expect it to be picked up the next business day when ordering. USPS (post office) (picked up Mon- Fri 2:30-3:00has a severe delay with shipping USPS ground advantage (usually the cheapest) so please be mindful that we have seen it take 2-4 weeks for delivery. As always, we try to get orders out as fast as we can but can not control anything once it leaves our shop.

LARGE BADGE REEL – Appx 1.60″ x 1.60″ inches round.

Material: zinc alloy.

Retractable cord appx 24″ long.

Each reel comes in a box. Aluminum insert included.

Heat 385 Degrees, 50 sec

  1. Print on the sublimation paper, mirror image.
  2. Remove the protective film on the aluminum insert.
  3. Press image face up, insert face down
  4. Medium pressure
  5. Press for 50 seconds at 385 degrees.
  6. Remove from heatpress.
