Shipping update 8/30/2024 - UPS picks up Monday-Fri between 11:30am- 1:30pm. We have no control over this, so please when choosing UPS expect it to be picked up the next business day when ordering. USPS (post office) (picked up Mon- Fri 2:30-3:00has a severe delay with shipping USPS ground advantage (usually the cheapest) so please be mindful that we have seen it take 2-4 weeks for delivery. As always, we try to get orders out as fast as we can but can not control anything once it leaves our shop.

    The back of frame(all white looking side) goes face up on press(facing the heat plate) NO PILLOW. Then the sublimation print goes face down on top of that and press. There is also a video on how to do in our Facebook group
