Heat 385 Degrees, 50 sec

1. Print on the sublimation paper, mirror image.
2. Remove the protective film on the aluminum insert.
3. Press image face down, insert face up
   
4. Medium pressure
5. Press for 50 seconds at 385 degrees.
6. Remove from heat press.
